These delicious brown sugar-roasted carrots work equally well for a holiday addition or a daily dinner.

Roasting carrots is the best way to bring out their natural sweetness. In fact, another name for these baked carrots is candied carrots. While they are roasting, the carrots become glazed and browned.

How to do it
