Pan-fried dinners are great because they save on cooking dishes, which means less cleanliness.
There are really no rules about the vegetables you should use. Choose what your family likes and then just try to make everything similar in size so that everything is cooked evenly.
This version includes cauliflower, peppers and red onions, but feel free to replace the vegetables with whatever you have on hand.
Zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus are all likely candidates to include in this meal in the mold.
Pork-Max pan sheet Pork ribs and vegetables
Component
- 6-8 Finely chopped pork ribs
- 1-2 Cauliflower heads chopped
- 2-3 Peppers cut
- 1 Red onion Divided and sliced
- 2-4 Tbs. Olive oil
- 1 pkg. Taco seasoning – or use homemade
- ½ Goblet Grated cheddar cheese
For homemade taco seasoning:
- 3 Tbs. Chili powder
- 1½ teaspoon. Garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon. Onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon. Crushed red pepper flakes
- ¾ teaspoon. Dried oregano
- 1½ teaspoon. paprika
- 4½ teaspoon. Ground cumin
- 3 teaspoon. Salt
- 1½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Brush one or two large baking papers with small edges in olive oil.

Toss cauliflower, peppers and onions with a drizzle of olive oil and half of the taco seasoning.

Add them to the part of the pan.

Brush pork ribs with olive oil and place in the remaining space on the pan.

Sprinkle with the rest of the taco seasoning.

Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the meat is ready.

Sprinkle cheddar over and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes to dissolve.
