It is perfect for entertaining or whipping when unexpected guests arrive.

This popular dip is made from canned salmon, onions, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon and a pinch of curry powder.
Simply add all the ingredients together in a food processor, blender or mixer and mix well.
Cool and then serve.
- 420 gram Red salmon (disappointment)
- 100 gram Cream cheese
- 3/4 Goblet Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Finely chopped onion
- 1/2 Lemon, juice and grated
- pinch Cain’s curry powder (or similar)
- salt and pepper (taste)
Add all the ingredients to a food processor, blender or chopper and mix together.
Cool and serve with your favorite crackers.
