Yes, you can make this fudge on the stove. Keep low heat and use the double boiler method. The microwave melting method makes this recipe extremely quick and easy. However, if by chance you are not a microwave lover (or do not have one), you can easily melt the chocolate, milk and butter in a double boiler on the stove. It will only take a few more minutes.
Yes, you can freeze fudge. Wrap it tightly in parchment paper (cut or not cut) and then slide it into a closed freezer bag. Squeeze the air out of the bag and freeze flat.

Chocolate fudge fudge
- Mix the chocolate chips, milk and butter in a medium-sized glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine and heat for another 15 seconds. Stir and heat for another 15 seconds, just in case. There will still be some pieces of unmelted chocolate in the bowl.
- Stir until the mixture is mostly smooth with a few patches of unmelted chocolate. Add the extract, pretzel and marshmallow to the bowl. Stir to combine. Remove to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread with a spatula. Refrigerate until served.
- Slice into 1-inch squares and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
