What ingredients do I need?

I always believe that simple ingredients + simple cooking = amazing results.

  • 3-4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup spicy bread crumbs (gluten free if needed)
  • 4-5 strips of bacon – crumbled
  • 2 green onions – chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional garnish: fresh lemon, fresh parsley

How do I make Bacon Crust Salmon?

My bacon salmon is delicious, peeling and delicious! It’s quality for a restaurant, but incredibly simple to make at home.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, bacon, green onions and garlic powder. Add olive oil and mix until everything is well combined.

Step 3: Place salmon on a large pan. Spoon the bread crumb mixture over each fillet. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the fish is completely cooked and the top is golden brown.

Step 4: Carefully remove from the oven and top with fresh parsley and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
