To be honest, I used to be scared of the idea of making homemade patties. I thought it was a long process that took a lot of ingredients and hours to prepare. And let me tell you … I’m not about this life. I’m here just for light, family – friendly meals, to bring fast food to the table.
Fortunately, you really only need a few simple ingredients to make fresh patties in your oven.

What ingredients do I need?
- 1 kg ground turkey
- 3 cups finely chopped kale
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon ground onion – dried
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary – dried
Like I said before … I’m the queen of easy recipes. All you have to do for this recipe is throw everything together in a mixing bowl. Form the patties and bake at 400 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. piece of cake!
To maintain healthier options, you can serve these on top of zucchini noodles, mashed potatoes or with sweet potato chips for a delicious meal that you can feel great with giving to your family.

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients. Mix well.
- Form small patties with your hands. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, or until turkey is completely cooked and no longer pink.
- Remove from the oven and cool. have a nice time!
