When I ordered a taco for breakfast one morning in San Antonio, I noticed an option on the menu called carne de puerco. It translates to pork, and not really sure what that particular portion of pork entails, I asked about it. The server told me that these were delicate chunks of pork that had been cooked in a red chili sauce. It sounds delicious, but since my heart calmed down over the pork rib taco I decided to wait for the next time I would be there to order it. . .
