8 flour tortillas
2 cups grated boiled beef breast {or any leftover beef}
1 cup fresh corn outside the bin
1 cup black canned beans
Package 1-10 grams of red anchovy sauce
2-8 grams packets of green enchilada sauce
3 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided

Arrival instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, corn, beans, 1 cup of cheddar cheese and red enchilada sauce.
Spray a 9 × 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Pour one packet of green enchilada sauce into the bottom of the baking pan.

Place the tortillas on kitchen towels. Spread the beef mixture evenly over each tortilla. Roll each tortilla and place it in the baking pan.

Cover the tortillas with the second packet of green enchilada sauce. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and cover the tortillas with the rest of the grated cheddar cheese. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
