🍑 Ingredients

Peach juice

Peach juice ingredients
  • Fresh peaches. Peeled and pitted. Make sure they are ripe enough. The ripe peach has light orange and yellow skin and has little giving when squeezing it. If it’s very solid, it’s not ripe enough. This recipe is better with fresh peaches, but you can also use frozen peaches.
  • Fresh mango. Peeled and pitted. We use and recommend Variety Tommy Atkins Because it’s available. Be sure to choose one that is bright in color with red and yellow skin. Mango with green peel not really ripe.
  • honey. We added honey for some natural sweetness, but you can give it up. Ripe fresh peaches and mangoes are a lot sweeter!

Peach crumble

Peach crumble ingredients
  • Peach pulp pulp.
  • Flour for any purpose. Gluten-free flour can also be used. we recommend Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 baking flour. Avoid using puffed flour because it contains baking powder and salt. This will have an unwanted effect on the taste.
  • Salted butter. Cool and cut into cubes.
  • Light brown sugar. For the sugar-free and calorie-free option, we use Tilt a brown sweetener.
