It’s time to make your delicious and hearty appetizer! After cleaning 2 kilos of goat skin and pureeing 4 tablespoons of ginger, add both in a pot of boiling water. The goal here, as mentioned, is to ensure that the skin softens. This can take about an hour, but feel free to check in every now and then to ensure the texture you’re after. Satisfied? Once you are, remove the skin from the pot and let it cool. Then, chop it into smaller pieces, and set it aside for later.

Component

  • 2 lbs. Goat skin net
  • 2 spoons Knorr liquid seasoning chili
  • 4 spoons Ginger crushed
  • 6 spoons white vinegar
  • 2 spoons Ginger ground
  • 10 Thai chili pepper chopped
  • 1 Onion ground
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 liter water
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Boil water in a cooking pot. Add the crushed ginger and the goat skin. Continue to boil for 1 hour or until the skin softens. Remove the skin from the pot and let it cool.

  • Chop the skin into small pieces. set aside.

  • In a large bowl, mix vinegar and sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves. Add fish sauce, ground ginger, onion, chili pepper and ground black pepper. excite.

  • Put the chopped goat skin in the same bowl and then add onion powder and liquid Kanor seasoning. Mix until all ingredients are well mixed.
