Why do I love soups so much?

Creamy Garlic Soup, this recipe is super easy.

That’s easy to answer! First of all, most soup recipes are Super easy to prepare And even a cooking beginner should not struggle to cook a little.

Soups are great for making a meal and almost anything Can be frozen for later ones. Personally, I always cook a large bowl and freeze about a third of it in small containers. Whenever you feel hungry, it only takes a few minutes to prepare your easy dinner.

Most soups are Child friendly. I still remember when my kids were young and very picky eaters. But they will never say no to a bowl of chicken noodle soup… so you can guess what our freezer looks like 🙂

Soups are very Easy to digest and very nutritious, making them the perfect food when you just don’t feel right. Soups are my default food when we are sick.

I could go on, but I’m sure you get the point. Now let me show you some of my favorite soup recipes, each of the pictures links to the corresponding recipe. And you can also explore mine The entire collection of soup recipes.

One more photo of the finished garlic soup with toppings.

This is one of the things The simplest soup recipes to cook. Cooking time is approx 45 minutes And the list of ingredients is very short. This garlic soup is very balanced and delicate in taste and you can adjust it according to your taste. I used 1 head of garlic, as the one I cooked with had a strong flavor, but you can definitely increase the amount to have more garlic.

My default additions to this soup are Bread croutons, grilled pieces of bacon, cheese and chives… But again, feel free to experiment. A slice of fresh bread goes really well with it.

Green bean soup made from fresh green beans.

Another super simple soup recipe that comes together roughly 1 hour. Fresh green beans and fresh dill give this soup its specific taste. To save yourself some time, feel free to use frozen green beans.

The flavor profile of this soup is both sweet and sour, thanks to the addition of sugar and vinegar. To enhance the taste, I added some bacon. This soup also contains boiled eggs and potatoes which make it more filling and thick. One of my favorites there!

Tomato cabbage soup with ham and potatoes.

Let’s up the game a bit now. This soup takes longer to make and is a bit more complicated. On the other hand, it is so thick and delicious that it can easily replace a main dish. Some would say it’s more of a stew than a soup, mainly because of the Pork shoulder that went in.

This “Red cabbage” The recipe for the soup comes from my grandmother who used to cook it for us almost every time we came to visit. And it is still one of my favorite types of soup to this day. Try it, I am sure you will like it too.

Mixed vegetable soup with semolina dumplings.

This is him Very easy to cook again and takes approx 1 hour From start to finish. This soup contains a lot of vegetables and is very versatile and easy to customize. You can follow the tried and tested combination of vegetables or change some.

This vegetable soup recipe comes with Semolina dumplings And I highly recommend not leaving these out. They are super easy to make and definitely make this soup special. For the best result, you should use fresh vegetables, but frozen ones work great too.

Thick bean soup with smoked pork ribs and pasta noodles.

Let’s end this list with mine Shag bean soup it contains Smoked pork ribs. This soup recipe takes the longest out of the five, but it’s worth it! The main reason for the long preparation is the fact that we have to soak the beans in advance and then there are the pork ribs… it takes quite a long time to cook and become soft.

Other than that, the cooking process is pretty simple and straightforward, just like any soup recipe out there. When this bean soup is served, I add Pasta noodles Above which is an optional patch to make it even more filling and comforting.

And that’s it for today.
