These easy Whole30 meal recipes will help you have a successful and delicious Whole30 experience! They are easy to make, easily customizable and so delicious!
What is Whole30?
I already have a whole Whole30 guide available (full of helpful tools, tips and grocery store recommendations) – it’s perfect for beginners, so I won’t summarize it all, but we’ll do a quick review.
You can also learn about anything you want the official website (I always visit the site every time I do Whole30) But basically, it’s 30 days without added sugar, sweeteners (natural and artificial), grains (gluten and non-gluten), legumes (including peanuts, peas and soy), dairy, gluten and alcohol. That’s a lot of vegetables, eggs, meat and avocado. You can also eat fruits and nuts (except peanuts), and regular sweet potatoes and potatoes.
Common questions
Yes you can! Sweet potatoes and potatoes are normal, but no potato chips, and no fries unless you make them yourself. Try these amazing sweet potato fries!
Okay to be honest, I only included this question because I love popcorn. But the answer is no, folks.
Snacking is technically not encouraged on the Whole30. However, if you can go a full 30 days without a snack, I applaud you. Especially if you exercise daily like I do. If you are going to snack, it is better to have a snack that includes protein and fats. I loved RX Bars as a snack!
It is important to note: Some of the recipes here may not be Whole30 compatible at first glance. However, if we’ve included them in the list, it means we’re talking in the post about EASY adjustments you can make to make them Whole30 compliant. This is helpful when preparing meals for a family dinner where not everyone is following the Whole30 meal plan.
