  • 1-1 1/2 pound of peeled and crumbled shrimp

  • 2 spoons soy sauce
  • 2 spoons Olive oil divided

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, rice wine vinegar, ground ginger and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.

  • Soak the shrimp in the sauce for 15-20 minutes.

  • Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat in a pan. After heating, add in the marinated shrimp and set aside the rest of the marinade. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.

  • As soon as the shrimp starts to turn pink, add in the peas or snow peas and the remaining marinade. Mix carefully and cook the peas next to the shrimp until the shrimp is completely cooked and the peas are slightly soft, about 5-7 more minutes.
