How to make pork belly asado
- Make your marinade!

Braised pork belly with soy sauce and star anise
Instructions

Combine pork belly, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic. mix well. soak overnight.

Heat oil in a pot. Fry the onion until it softens.

Add marinated pork. Fry until it browns.

Pour water into the pan. Let it boil.

Add a cube of pork knorr and star anise. Cover and continue to cook for an hour.
