Super easy recipe alert! These Dark Chocolate Banana Oat Blender Muffins are my new favorite snack to make!

I hate baking and having to deal with 500 things to clean up. A bowl for wet ingredients, dry ingredients, mixer, spatula, measuring spoons…does it ever end?! Who has time for that? I don’t know about you, but when I’m done cooking, I want to eat…not clean.

Luckily, with these muffins, I can mix everything together in one blender and have much less to deal with. Hallelujah!

Once you have a smooth consistency, pour the batter into your prepared muffin tins.

Top with desired amount of dark chocolate chips and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until golden and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Carefully take your pan out of the oven and let the muffins cool before trying to remove them from the pan.

Once you have done so, store them in an airtight container in your refrigerator or freezer for the future. I like to freeze them and pop one or two in the microwave when I want. That way the chocolate chips become melted and gooey again. Yum!
