Component

16 oz. Homemade or store bought pizza dough
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
8 oz. A container of ricotta cheese
16 oz package. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
10 oz. pkg. Thawed frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed dry
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Arrival instructions

Heat oven to 450 degrees Celsius.
Mix the spinach with the salt, oregano and garlic powder in a mixer bowl
Press pizza dough into a greased 16-16-inch round pizza pan.
Place mozzarella slices on the dough. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly on top of the mozzarella.
Spread the spinach over the ricotta with a spoon to spread it evenly. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on the spinach.
Drizzle the top of the pizza with olive oil.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the color of the pizza is golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into 8 slices.

I served this pizza with a Greek salad.
