1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 head baby bok choy, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 thinly sliced ​​green onions, white and green parts separated
1½ tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Sea salt and fresh pepper, to taste
4 cups of chicken soup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 frozen pork dumplings

Arrival instructions

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add the bok choy and green onion. Cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes.

Add the ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, sea salt and fresh pepper to taste, and cook, stirring constantly, for a minute.

Add the bone broth and then increase the heat to high and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add soy sauce and sriracha to taste.
Heat frozen dumplings in the microwave according to the instructions.

Place 2 dumplings in each bowl and top with soup. and a dark green part of a green onion.
