To make this rocky road, you will need:

  • Marshmallow (I use Pascall’s pink and white marshmallows and recommend using similar quality marshmallows)
  • Lolli snakes (or substitute dried cranberries or other dried fruits)
  • rice bubbles (or substitute cornflakes or other crunchy cereals)
  • Plain biscuits (or replace pretzels)
  • Lolly tingling fruit (or substitute almonds, pistachios or other nuts)
  • White chocolate (Use good quality chocolate for best results.

How to make Rocky Road white chocolate

you will need 15 minutes maximum To reverse this rocky road of white chocolate.

Start by preparing a slice pan (about 28 x 18 cm) by lining it with baking paper.

Then, chop marshmallows in half and snake into small pieces and add to a mixing bowl.

Crush biscuits and fruit tingles (using a rolling pin or chop with a sharp knife) and add to the mixing bowl.

Add rice bubbles to the mixer bowl and mix to combine.

Melt the chocolate by putting it in the microwave for 20 second bursts and stirring between each burst until the chocolate melts.

Pour the melted chocolate over the ingredients in the bowl and mix until everything is completely covered in chocolate.
